Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 66z8 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). The Terms govern all access to and use of the 66z8 website, mobile experience, games, betting markets, account services, promotions, and any other services made available through the platform at https://66z8.net.

Age Restriction & Eligibility
66z8 is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, participate in any promotion, or use any feature of the 66z8 service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are aged 18 or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times when you use the platform.
In addition to the minimum age requirement, you confirm the following eligibility conditions are satisfied at the time you register and each time you use the platform:

Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Account Registration
To access the full range of 66z8 services — including placing bets, playing live casino games, participating in promotions, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
One account per player: Each individual may hold only one registered account on 66z8. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms. 66z8 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a player found to hold duplicates, void any bets placed from those accounts, and withhold any associated winnings pending a full investigation.
Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification: 66z8 is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its commitment to fair play and player protection. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension.

Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 66z8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to be credited to your 66z8 account depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no platform fee applied to deposits, though your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees in accordance with their own terms.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the 66z8 finance team within 15 to 60 minutes under normal conditions. Withdrawals via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your mobile wallet within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days depending on interbank processing times. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, your KYC verification must be complete and your account must be in good standing. If you have accepted a bonus, you must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the bonus balance and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. 66z8 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its reasonable discretion.
Fraud prevention: 66z8 employs automated and manual fraud detection processes. Any deposit or withdrawal transaction identified as potentially fraudulent will be placed on hold pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, the associated account will be closed and the matter may be referred to the relevant financial institutions or authorities.
Bonuses & Promotions
From time to time, 66z8 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses for first-time depositors, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and T20 tournaments. All bonuses are offered at 66z8's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or altered at any time.
Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Bonus abuse: 66z8 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, placing low-risk or mathematically certain bets to satisfy wagering requirements, and using automated tools to exploit promotions. Where bonus abuse is identified, 66z8 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from the bonus, and close the associated account.
Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date or time limit within which the wagering requirements must be met. Unused bonus balances and any associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry. The specific expiry window for each bonus is published on the relevant promotion page.
General bonus conditions: Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your account. Real-money funds are wagered first before bonus funds are used, unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Cash-out of bonus funds is not available until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

User Obligations & Conduct
As a registered player on 66z8, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following obligations apply to your use of the platform and are a condition of maintaining an active account:

- No automated tools: The use of bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform is strictly prohibited.
- No collusion: You must not collude with other players to fix outcomes, share information that gives an unfair betting advantage, or coordinate betting strategies in a way that constitutes match-fixing or fraud.

Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary closure: You may request the closure of your 66z8 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a verified closure request, 66z8 will close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC checks.
Self-exclusion: If you wish to take a break from gambling, you may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through your account settings or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log in, make deposits, or place bets. Involuntary suspension or closure: 66z8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

- Provision of false or misleading registration information
- Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime
- Evidence of underage gambling or false age declaration
- Duplicate account creation
- Use of prohibited automated tools or betting software
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months
- Instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority
Where an account is closed due to a breach, 66z8 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, any balance may be forfeited. Where closure is due to inactivity, 66z8 will make reasonable efforts to contact the player before applying any dormancy charge or balance forfeiture.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 66z8 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 66z8 platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of account access, interruption to service, or any error, omission, or defect in the platform.
Service availability: 66z8 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available around the clock. However, access to the platform may be interrupted from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, server outages, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond 66z8's reasonable control (including natural disasters, government actions, or network failures). 66z8 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from unavailability.
Third-party game providers: Many of the games available on 66z8 are supplied by third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. While 66z8 works only with reputable, certified providers, it cannot be held responsible for errors, defects, or outages originating within those third-party systems. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction. 66z8 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and player protection.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms shall not be affected.
